In Scotland you can get married.
You get an NI card.
You can buy cigarettes (but soon will change to 18 I think).
U can get ur license and work at most places in a mall
In BC, Canada u can get class 7 Drivers' license
You can smoke
You can have sex
you can buy solvents
You can open a bank account, oh but you can't write a cheque till your 18.
Put some commom sense laws in your friends card. Like, AIDS and other transmitted diseases. Pregnancy, abortion or giving birth to a child the parents and grandparents will have to take care of until the day they die. Want more?
Here on the Isle of Man you can drive at 16, but that really doesn't help you in Wales, um the lottery is a good one, maybe buy him a lotto ticket- you never know it could be the best bday present he has ever got! You can get married with your parent's permission, and obviously sex is legal.
You can drive a 50cc bike - now that would be fun.
