What do I do?

i have been working for the same employer for a year already. Since i started there have always been problems concerning me that is but when it's brought up it's always behind my back and then i am the last one to know. the complaints have always been my work performance to step up so i have always tried to do my best. recently there was this customer who i had been working with on several orders and he became very flirtatious so i decided that since he made me uncomfortable i would just hand his account to someone else. well my manager became furious because he said i was passing my work onto someone else and i told him it was because the customer made me uncomfortable and he retorted with oh well you must have provoked it we got into an argument and i went to HR to have it settled it was and ever since then he's been very hostile towards me and has even gone as far as writing me up for being late i am being moved to a different department at his request. is there anything i can do?
Answers:
Why would you want to stay in a department where you've had so many issues anyway? Be glad they are transferring you and not firing you. If you've had problems showing up late for work, not performing etc, this was likely just the straw the broke the camel's back. At least they didnt have security throw you out into the street.
Hmmm. Tricky. You need to maybe write a letter to the big dogs and let them know that your boss would rather you be sexually harassed than to hand your account to somebody else.
stop coming to work late.Enjoy your transfer.
Be happy he is moving you, because otherwise it sounds like he would have eventually made going to work miserable for you.
Probably not much you can do now other than go with the flow and who knows, the other job might be more to your liking.

One thing you should have done was to completely ignore the customer and stay cool and he would eventually get the message. If not, then you could have gone to your supervisor and told them what was happening and have them observe from a distance while you finished the transactions. Automatically giving it to someone else opened the door for you to be charged with negligence.

If the supervisor is that unhappy with you right now, I don't think I would personally want to work for him because he will never be fair in his assessment of you or your work. It's probably best to move on and start fresh somewhere else.

Good luck to you ~ hope it all works out ok for you :)
i'd say you need a new imployer! somewhere you actually like the manager you work for. But hey you might like it there enough to put up with that. I say leave. if you think your worth more then the way they are treating you and you know your good enought to land a great job somewhere else they'll either change there tone or let you go. either way you know where you stand with that company.
Go back to HR and tell them what your boss is doing to you. And if it still persists after that, go back again. Keep going back as long as it goes on, eventually the boss should get fired if it keeps happening since he is harassing you.
accept it, be glad to be done w/ that guy, move on....
